I work with a variety of small and large businesses to create identity and informational websites. In most cases, this includes both a design AND a custom-fitted Content Management System (CMS): With a CMS installed, you will be able to update the content of your site anywhere, on any computer, with little or no knowledge of website code. My designs are built to be mindful of ever-changing web standards, including XHTML and CSS.
I also design and build web applications using PHP and AJAX. Web applications allow you and your users to log in to your website and receive or upload custom content. Some examples of common web applications are Wikipedia, GMail, YouTube, Flickr, and Backpack. I am also familiar with Javascript, particularly with Prototype and Scriptaculous.
